We do not store credit or debit card numbers. Online payments are processed through an encrypted SSL-secured page belonging to Eurobank, which manages the transaction and notifies us upon completion.

Returns & Order Cancellations – Guarantees

We cannot cancel successfully placed orders. However, if you return the package, we will refund your money via bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the returned package. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you change your mind after delivery, you may return the products in their original condition within 14 calendar days by sending a request to:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Products must be accompanied by the original invoice or payment receipt. Once we receive them in good condition, we will refund the value using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.

If returned products are damaged or have lost value due to improper handling, we will assess the damage and deduct the amount from the refund.

For defective or damaged products, please email info@grizoprasino.com within 5 business days of receipt with a description of the issue. We will respond promptly and may request you return the product and receipt for a replacement or refund.

Our company complies with all obligations under the Greek Civil Code regarding product sales. In case of a defective product, you may:
(a) Request a free repair or replacement unless it is excessively costly.
(b) Request a price reduction.
(c) Withdraw from the purchase unless the defect is minor.

These rights are not valid if the defect results from customer misuse or force majeure.

Shipping Methods

We ship across Greece via courier services.

During holiday seasons, orders placed before 12:30 PM will be shipped the same day. For bank transfers, please email info@grizoprasino.com to ensure next-day shipping.

Regular shipping schedule:

• Orders placed by 6:00 PM are shipped the next business day.
• Deliveries take 1-2 business days (longer for remote areas or islands).
• No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Shipping costs vary based on order value and weight:

Same-day, Saturday, or scheduled deliveries – Additional charge upon request.

Orders under €70:

Komotini (up to 2kg) – €3.50

Mainland & Islands (up to 5kg) – €3.20

Remote areas (up to 2kg) – €3.50

Free Shipping

Orders over €70 (up to 10kg) qualify for free shipping.
